Production Forecasting

This assessment of the Wintell platform provides information about meteorological forecast.

A meteorological model can be adapted to local scale wind potential taking into account the terrain complexity (topography and land use). The analysis of the model results, based on wind speed, will allow a realistic estimation of the energy production potential. 

To show forecast:

1. Click in the name of the Wind Turbine.

2. Click in Production forecasting tab. 

It displays the temporal curves of power and wind speed forecast models, for the next 5 days. It is possible to zoom, refresh and use forward and backwards arrows for respectively, advancing and regressing period of time.
