Training

We designed a training package for DATAmaestro cloud analytics that is accessible to everyone. This series of five webinars provides expert instruction to help users understand the methodology for data mining projects.

These webinars are prepared using customers own data and are prepared specifically for the customer. These webinars are offered to a maximum of ten participants.

Webinars

  1. Introduction and basic use of DATAmaestro cloud analytics including data preparation
  2. How to use data exploration techniques
  3. How to build predictive models
  4. How to tune and maintain predictive models
  5. Summary of the entire data mining workflow, shown using industrial examples

Each webinar last for four hours and assignments will be given between each webinar. The webinars are spaced with one week between each webinar, with flexibility to fit customer schedule.

Premium Support 

PEPITe will provide on-demand support in order to help customer in their data mining projects in order to maximize the value and use of DATAmaestro cloud analytics.

PEPITe will respond to on-demand requests within a reasonable time frame. Reports will be issued listing the work performed on monthly bases, if any work has been performed during that calendar month. Any work requiring more than 160 hours of work will require a scope of work defined in collaboration with and agreed by customer.

It can include, but is not limited to:

  • Help in creating an automated workflow to facilitate mining of data
  • Data inventory, including qualitative analysis of data
  • Model development
  • Participate as an expert in customer’s continuous improvement projects
  • Troubleshooting when there is a process problem
  • Training

DATAmaestro cloud analytics the main support can be handled remotely. If necessary PEPITe can visit customer site as part of these support services.
